Driver Terms

1. Driver requirements
Drivers must submit accurate personal, vehicle and document information and must comply with applicable transport, taxi, safety and licensing requirements.
2. Documents
Drivers confirm that all uploaded documents are genuine, current and belong to the driver or vehicle used on the platform.
3. Verification
MinFee may manually review documents and may use third-party identity verification providers to check document authenticity, face match, liveness and fraud signals.
4. Platform access
MinFee may approve, reject, suspend or block a driver account if documents are missing, suspicious, expired, false or if safety rules are violated.
5. Responsibility
Drivers are responsible for lawful operation, safe driving, correct vehicle use, valid permits and respectful communication with passengers.
