Passenger Terms
This MVP document is a working template for MinFee. Before public launch, it should be reviewed and adapted by a qualified lawyer for the applicable jurisdiction.
1. Passenger account
Passengers must provide accurate phone number and account information. The account may be blocked if it is used for fraud, abuse or unsafe behavior.
2. Ride requests
Passengers are responsible for choosing pickup/dropoff points correctly and communicating respectfully with drivers.
3. Safety
MinFee may review ride history, complaints, chat records and technical logs to improve safety and investigate incidents.
4. Limitations
MinFee is a platform service. Availability of drivers, prices and estimated arrival times may change due to traffic, demand and technical conditions.
