This MVP document is a working template for MinFee. Before public launch, it should be reviewed and adapted by a qualified lawyer for the applicable jurisdiction.

1. What data we collect

MinFee may collect account data, phone number, name, trip data, approximate and precise location data, device information, IP address, support messages and payment/subscription information where applicable.

For drivers, MinFee may also collect vehicle data, uploaded documents, driver license information, vehicle registration information, photos and verification results.

2. Why we process data

To create and secure passenger and driver accounts.
To match passengers with drivers and provide ride-related functionality.
To verify drivers and prevent fraud, fake documents and unsafe use.
To keep audit logs, investigate complaints and comply with legal obligations.

3. Sharing with service providers

MinFee may share necessary data with trusted service providers such as SMS providers, hosting providers, analytics/security tools and identity verification providers such as Veriff or similar services.

4. Storage and security

MinFee applies access control, admin logs and technical security measures. Driver documents should be stored outside the public web directory and accessed only through protected admin tools.

5. Retention

Data is stored only as long as needed for platform operations, safety, legal obligations, dispute handling and fraud prevention.

6. User rights

Users may request access, correction or deletion of their data where legally possible. Some records may be retained when required for safety, audit, disputes or legal compliance.
